Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mia Creative Design Ltd.  By purchasing artwork or prints from my website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. 

• Original Artwork: All original artworks are handmade by the artist and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Prints: Prints are high-quality reproductions of original works and may be offered in limited or open editions. Specific details, such as size and edition number, will be provided on the product page.
• Prices for artwork and prints are listed on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
• All prices are in British Pounds and do not include taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered on the website.
• Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. 
• Processing Time: Orders will typically be processed within 7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, as specified in the product listing.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g, postal service delays).
• Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Original Artwork: All sales of original artwork are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or is not as described.
• Prints: Returns or exchanges of prints are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit.
• Custom Orders: Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable, and returns are not accepted for these items unless they are damaged upon arrival.
• All artwork and designs sold by Mia Creative Design Ltd are the intellectual property of Mia. Purchases of artwork or prints do not grant the buyer any commercial rights or licenses. The artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purposes without express permission from the artist. For this reason, only certain commissioned pieces are available to buy as PDFs, for security reasons.
• Custom designs created for universities will be available on my website to purchase at a later date, with no exceptions.
• Tracking details are not available for parcels posted via a post box, but you will receive an email once your order is on its way.
